There was an article in "The Washington Post " regarding the growing trend of organic food published in 2006 and as Gerald Celente forecast it back in 1988 it is happening,
and if you have not already implemented changes in your diet in respect to organic clean food, maybe you should start to pay attention. I will recommend a few good documentary films to watch :

" Food Inc. " released in Nov 2009



"Food Matters " released in 2008

If you watch this two documentaries I can guarantee you will change at least some of your fast food diets, and pay attention to labels. Be very aware of the Genetically modified foods!
Another very good subject is water, and "Tapped " just open my eyes about bottled water, how dangerous the plastic bottles are, and also reinforced my opinion about the large companies and how they take advantage of us. A very good advice I have read from others is to stop be dependent on this large corporations which are the root of all evil. We need to buy local from small companies this is the only way we can win the fight.

And last but not least, try to stay away from pharmaceuticals and find natural cures instead.
The Gerson Way, it is an amazing documentary about the power of raw fruit and vegetable.
For those who smoke, and tried to quit, the best advise I have is to get the Allen 's Carr video, audio or book. It is super easy to quit, but make sure that you really pay attention to the video or it will not work. And most importantly do not try one more cigarette " just to try if you really quit" because it only needs one more cigarette to became dependent again and the video will not work second time.
